Members can now pay their fees online via PayPal using major credit cards or a bank account. If you prefer to pay by cash or check instead, please mail your funds along with the completed application to:

Online Student Enrollment Form
Remember to submit one parent form for the parents and then one student form for each student. You can then mail payment to the above address or pay via paypal below.
Membership Paypal Instructions:
1. Fill out the CAAP Parent Enrollment Form and the CAAP Student Enrollment Form and then email them to [email protected] or mail to the CAAP address provided above.
Note: Under the payments section in the application please select the paypal option. CAAP offers PayPal as a convenience to you. Please note that a 6% processing fee has been added to each payment option. Currently, you will have to make a payment for each parent or student enrollment form you fill out. If this is a problem, we recommend mailing payment via check to the above address.
2. After submitting your parent and student enrollment forms please select your membership option below and submit the name and phone number you referenced in the application. For the new Reading Circle program, just select the “Friends of CAAP” option.
3. Click the “Pay Now” button below.
